GOOD MORNING CAMPERS!
Welcome to The Croft at The Rowe House.
CHECKING IN:
We're not on site 24/7 so please don't knock on the door (the house is self-catering accommodation), just let yourself into the field, choose one of the 5 numbered pitches and make yourselves at home. You can let us know you've arrived by clicking HERE.
We'll come and say hello when we see you. Below should be all the info you need, but please just call Nick on 07980 768535 if there's anything else we can help with.

PITCHES: We don’t reserve pitches – just choose one of the 5 available. Please stick to the marked pitches as this ensures no one needs to trail cables across the field, and it means everyone gets a good view. Whilst we know you've probably got your own table and chairs with you, we've also provided a couple of wooden picnic benches for you to use.
ELECTRIC HOOK UP: All pitches have EHU. Pitches 4 and 5 need to plug into the post next to pitch 3. There’s an extension lead in the kitchen drawers if you need it.
WIFI: There is super-fast WiFi by the building where the kitchen and shower are. Please note this doesn't reach across the field. The network is called RoweHouseHorton and the password is PenYGhent694!
BINS: Are located by the gate. There are bins for recycling (clean paper, cardboard, plastic), a separate bin for glass, and one for bagged general waste. Please flatten cans, cardboard and plastic. If you're able to take any of your recycling or bulky items home with you it would be a big help with our limited collections.
SHOWER AND TOILET: We don’t usually use the keypad, but the code is C1289Y. The free electric shower runs off its own small boiler. Please keep showers short, especially if there are other campers staying. We check and clean regularly, but please leave it as you find it, or let us know if any toiletries have run out.
KITCHEN: You’ll find a sink, kettle and some general info about the area. There’s also a washer & dryer available for you to use. Please just put some money in the honesty box if you use them. If weather allows, there’s a washing line and pegs to use. There’s also a barbecue available - help yourself but please clean the grill after use.
GAMES ROOM: You may notice a games room next to the kitchen and bathroom. This is for use by the guests of the self-catering accommodation, but if there's no one staying in the house then we're more than happy for you to use it.
WEATHER: Grass mats and gravel are available for help with wet ground conditions, just shout if you need us to help. The paving can get very slippery when wet, so please be careful.
LIGHTS: We're very lucky to be located in a Dark Sky Park area, which gives us some great nights for stargazing. However, it is obviously very dark outside too, so please be careful if you're walking in the garden or around the area at night. We've got lots of lights that come on automatically outside, but a torch is recommended.
DOGS: Dogs are welcome on leads. Please pick up after them and put the bags in general waste. Emergency poo bags are in the kitchen drawers.

CHECKING OUT:
There’s not usually a huge rush to leave in the morning. If you’d like to leave your vehicle here a bit longer just check with us – it’s usually not a problem but you might need to move from the field to the gravelled area. Let us know if there’s anything we could be doing better.
If we’re not around when you leave, then THANK YOU for staying, and please come back soon!
REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK:
We’d love your thoughts – especially what could be “even better if”. You’re also welcome to leave us a lovely review on Google, Facebook, The CAMC or TripAdvisor.
